Is there a free trial?
Yes. DIY and Agency come with a 3-day free trial. A card is needed to start, and you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
When am I billed?
After your trial, you pay a smaller amount for the rest of that month. From then on, you're billed the full price on the 1st of each month. If you switch plans mid-month, you only pay or get credit for the difference for the days left.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page whenever you like. You keep your paid plan until the end of the month you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your answers, reports and businesses stay saved. Paid steps lock again, and extra businesses become read-only until you upgrade.
Do you guarantee I'll be recommended by AI?
No one can guarantee what ChatGPT or any AI assistant says. We give you a proven plan that makes your business much easier for them to find, trust and recommend — and we track the results.
